We noticed improvements immediately across the board.  My staff felt confident in the system and with the help of Titan fitting in with our processes, and the things we wanted to change across our dealerships, we started to see benefits.

It is a great system and you can grow with it with all the constant updates. It is so customisable that you can tweak it to make it work for you, as we are all different and, as much as they say they will support you, they DO support you.

Our Parts department have experienced growth due to the control that Titan has given them. I had to ask our Parts Manager to re-write his business plan after he exceeded it ahead of time.

The installation and support teams have been fabulous - all of them were supportive, patient and knowledgeable.

Our aftersales department has had the biggest wins. They’ve now got real visibility of available workshop hours, bookings, and parts and that’s helped the team, and the business, be more efficient. One of our team said, ‘I can see where we are at any point in time now’ and that was a big win for them.

I rave about it. I walk about actively saying it was the right decision. Titan is a perfect fit for our business and provides the foundation we need to grow.

The support team have been wonderful. Being able to screen connect is really helpful and you get to know the people and that makes the process a whole lot nicer.

I cannot speak highly enough about the support team. I got that from everyone available – friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.

We just seem to have more time as the system is so easy to use, allowing us to focus on other things.

The team that delivered the training was great. They really fitted in with the team here and the fact they had dealership experience (rather than just software experience) was invaluable.

Titan is all-encompassing so we aren’t having to find cheaper solutions elsewhere to compensate for missing items.
