We wanted to find out a bit more about our Head of Integrated Partnerships, Adall Tayeb, so we asked him our "Get to know..." questions. Here’s what he said!
Who are you?
My name is Adall Tayeb, and I’m the Head of Integrated Partnerships at Titan DMS. I was born in Jordan and have been lucky enough to live and work across four continents: North America, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. Every place taught me something different, but Melbourne, Victoria is where I finally planted my feet.
I’m a global citizen with a passion for people, technology, and anything on four wheels - especially classics and off road vehicles. (my JEEP and Thunderbird pictured)

What do you do?
I lead integrations between dealers, OEMs, and third-party software partners to ensure everyone in the ecosystem connects smoothly and seamlessly. My job is to turn complexity into simplicity, making sure our end users get the best, most reliable experience possible. In simple terms: I make the digital side of the automotive world play nicely together.
What do you love most about your profession?
After 30 years working across dealerships, OEMs, and software organisations, this role lets me enjoy the best of both worlds, the thrill of the automotive industry and the innovation of software. I still get to stay close to cars, while solving real-world challenges with technology. It’s the perfect blend, and it keeps every day exciting.
What do you most like about working for Titan?
Easy answer: the people. Titan has some of the most supportive, collaborative, and genuinely good-hearted professionals I’ve ever worked with. Everyone is committed to doing right by our customers, and that creates a culture where you actually look forward to coming to work. It’s rare! and it’s something I truly value.
What’s the best piece of advice you have for anyone in your profession?
First, love what you do - passion shows. Second, be honest, be transparent, and always keep communication open. And finally, remember that people depend on your actions daily. Whether it’s an opportunity or a challenge, stay friendly, stay helpful, and treat everyone with respect. It pays off more than you think.
What is your superpower?
People skills and resilience. I can connect with anyone, anywhere! and no matter what challenge hits, I find a way to push through with a smile.
What are we likely to find you doing outside work?
You’ll probably find me stargazing, getting lost in the universe, or restoring antique furniture, giving old pieces a second life. Both are great reminders that patience pays off. Pics of latest furniture restoration piece below!

Tell us a book we should read, a film we should watch, and a podcast we should listen to.
Film: I’m a big fan of action and thrillers…the Mission: Impossible series with Tom Cruise never disappoints.
Book: The 48 Laws of Power… a fascinating dive into strategy, influence, and understanding human behaviours.
Podcast: Anything that combines business, leadership, and real-world experiences. I enjoy listening to shows that make you think differently about people and innovation.
In three words, sum up what makes a great team.
Attitude, belief, and emotional intelligence (the rest follows naturally).
Can you share a recent success story that really made your day?
One experience that still makes me smile is my time helping launch Tesla in the Middle East back when the company was still a startup. We faced challenge after challenge - no showroom, no official presence, no local blueprint. When the first batch of cars landed from the U.S., we had nowhere to put them… so they ended up parked in my front yard, while my team operated from my house!
Looking back at where Tesla is today, I’m proud that our passion, resilience, and belief in the mission helped create an unbelievable brand presence in one of the world’s biggest oil-producing regions. It was chaos, fun, and history in the making all at once. (first Tesla's in the region pictured below)

Thanks Adall!
