At this year’s AADA show in Brisbane, we introduced our brand new Service AI Booking Agent - an intelligent new application designed to simplify and automate service bookings.
Service AI Booking Agent is a purpose-built solution for dealerships on Titan DMS. It combines a front-end AI-powered website assistant with a powerful back-end platform, capturing key customer details, scheduling bookings directly into the DMS scheduler (complete with operation codes), capturing notes, and flagging conversations that require human intervention.
Think of it as your digital service advisor - one that works 24/7 to keep your workshop full, without you lifting a finger.
With full visibility, seamless DMS integration, and advanced reporting capabilities, this tool is designed to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction in equal measure.
We'll be offering visitors to our stand at the AADA convention in Brisbane (22nd/ 23rd July) the opportunity to trial the booking agent, with a full product launch expected in the coming weeks.
