Head of Integrated Partnerships
Six months into my role as Head of Integrated Partnerships at Titan DMS, and it’s been an incredible journey so far.
Over this period, my focus has been clear: developing our strong, scalable integration ecosystem to deliver increased value to our dealers, partners, and the broader automotive network.
Internally, I’ve been working closely with our product, sales, and leadership teams to shape and strengthen our integration strategy. This includes refining our API framework, aligning commercial models, and ensuring we are set up to support long-term growth through a governed and scalable platform.
Externally, a big part of my time has been spent working with our technology partners and dealer groups, helping them transition from legacy methods to modern API integrations. This shift is critical, not just for performance and security, but to unlock real-time data, automation, and future innovation.
We are seeing strong momentum here, with more partners embracing APIs and working collaboratively with us to build better, more connected solutions.
At Titan, our focus is simple:
- Enable dealer choice
- Reduce integration risk
- Connect best-in-class technologies into one seamless ecosystem
Some of the exciting areas I’ve been working on include:
- Payments and embedded finance integrations
- Digital deal packs and document workflows
- Finance and lending integrations
- Lead Management Systems (LMS)
- AI-driven solutions across sales and aftersales
What I’m seeing globally across integrations (through my lens):
Across the world, the role of APIs in automotive is evolving fast and it’s no longer just about “connecting systems”.
It’s about enabling entire ecosystems.
- From an integrated partner perspective, there is a clear shift toward API-first development, real-time data, and AI-powered applications. Partners are no longer building standalone tools, they’re building intelligent layers that rely on clean, structured, and accessible data from platforms like Titan.
- From a dealer perspective, the focus is moving toward the full digital sales journey and customer lifecycle. Dealers want fewer systems, better integration, and tools that actually talk to each other; from lead to sale to service retention. The expectation is simple: seamless experiences for both staff and customers.
- From an OEM perspective, there is a growing demand for standardisation, visibility, and control across networks. OEMs are increasingly looking at integrations as a way to ensure consistency in customer experience, data accuracy, and reporting across their dealer ecosystems.
And across all three… one thing is very clear; AI is accelerating everything.
But AI is only as powerful as the data behind it and that brings us back to integrations, APIs, and structured connectivity.
At the same time, we’re seeing a rapid rise in AI solutions entering the market so my advice to our partners, choose wisely. Not all AI solutions are created equal.
Take the time to properly evaluate and compare what’s being offered not just on features, but on how well they integrate into your existing ecosystem and most importantly, don’t overlook security. Your data is your business, and your customer experience depends on it. The right integration partner should not only innovate but also protect.
And this is just the beginning!
What’s next?
The next phase of my journey is expanding our integration strategy into closer collaboration with OEMs. This is a key step in ensuring alignment across the entire automotive value chain, from OEMs to dealers to technology partners.
We have a number of exciting initiatives, partnerships, and innovations currently in motion and I’m looking forward to sharing more very soon. Our goal is to position Titan as the central integration layer powering modern automotive retail and I think we've made good progress on that objective so far.
So, after the first six months, I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone I’ve worked with so far internally and externally - and stay tuned… there's exciting things ahead!
