Why change DMS?
It was a head-office decision to align the business on one platform and Titan was the one we chose.
How did Titan manage the "go live" in your dealership?
The team were well prepared for go live and it went smoothly. Information was spot-on and communication was good – especially around cut-off.
Was the transition to Titan straightforward and trouble-free?
Broadly – it would have helped if I didn’t have annual leave interruptions though!
There were some tears and tantrums from the team for the first couple of weeks after go-live but it’s a huge change and it’s difficult for people to change their mindsets so some of that was to be expected. We are making good progress though.


How was Titan's support?
The support team have been wonderful. Being able to screen connect is really helpful and you get to know the people and that makes the process a whole lot nicer.
Knowledgebase is also a great resource and we’re making good use of it.
Given what you know now, would you still have made the change to Titan DMS?
Yes (just not at the time of year we did it!)
What is the overall mark you would give to Titan?
Titan service - 8 out of 10
Titan product - 6 out of 10 (We’re not using Titan to its full capacity yet so no doubt we’ll see more improvements as we become more experienced users.)
