It is a great system and you can grow with it with all the constant updates. It is so customisable that you can tweak it to make it work for you, as we are all different and, as much as they say they will support you, they DO support you.

Our Parts department have experienced growth due to the control that Titan has given them. I had to ask our Parts Manager to re-write his business plan after he exceeded it ahead of time.

The installation and support teams have been fabulous - all of them were supportive, patient and knowledgeable.

Our aftersales department has had the biggest wins. They’ve now got real visibility of available workshop hours, bookings, and parts and that’s helped the team, and the business, be more efficient. One of our team said, ‘I can see where we are at any point in time now’ and that was a big win for them.
