Why change DMS?
We were having problems with our existing DMS as it did not have an integrated accounts module, so we had to have a separate integration into Sage. This was wasting an hour of time every day and from the owners perspective, we didn’t know exactly where his business was in real time. With TITAN we now have full, instant visibility and a lot more time every week.
How did you first hear about Titan?
John Kilburn made a prospect call to David and it was at the time when we had just started thinking of change, and it went from there.
What made you choose Titan DMS over other products on the market?
To be honest, we didn’t look at anything else as from the very first phone call and subsequent meeting we immediately got on with John and Gareth and loved their passion for the product and the service they provide. There was no bullshit, no fluff, just a genuine honest conversation.
How did Titan approach the initial consultation for the changeover?
After we had agreed everything, the implementation team arrived and did a 2-day scoping visit, fully getting to understand our business and the way we work and what we wanted from Titan.


How would you describe the training provided by Titan up to go-live?
The training was the best we could do with what we had. There were some great one to one sessions for all staff, but a do not disturb sign would have helped!!
How did Titan manage the 'go-live' in your dealership?

Did Titan deliver your new DMS on time and on budget?
Yes.
Was the transition to Titan straightforward and trouble-free?
It was a very big change in some areas of Seeker, with us having to make process changes internally and some system input for people that previously didn’t have much, but it all went very well. With the support team we are still fine-tuning bits and working together to get the best out of the system.
How would you describe the support provided by Titan after 'go-live'?
Brilliant – John gave us a lot of big assurances pre-sale about the service we would receive e.t.c, but Titan has 100% delivered on this
How soon after the Titan implementation did you notice improvement in your departments'?
Within the first month we could see that the system was working well and all of the pieces were falling into place from a Seeker perspective. So far, it’s a big improvement. For example, our Parts statements are finally accurate!! It has improved the Parts dept as a whole significantly. Our Service department has also been streamlined and we can now see our department efficiencies and financials in real-time. Finally, all salesmen now raise orders on the system and have a lot more control over the pricing and seeing profit margins on vehicles etc.

Visibility, Efficiency, User-friendly.
Given what you know now, would you still have made the change to Titan DMS?
Yes – The price alone was very attractive, saving us money every month and everything so far promised to us has been delivered. The service really is different – we feel really looked after.
What advice would you give to dealerships not on Titan DMS?
It is a great system and you can grow with it with all the constant updates . It is so customisable that you can tweak it to make it work for you as we are all different, and as much as they say they will support you, they DO support you.
What is the overall mark you would give to Titan?
